We've recently begun a wonderful read aloud called The Invention of Hugo Cabret by Brian Selznick. The story takes place in a Paris train station during the 1920's. It's a fabulous example of children's literature.
The students have been assigned a book report due Monday, March 24th. The directions and rubric are listed below for downloading. (The students have received paper copies of both.) Also, there are great websites for additional resources.
