Tomorrow is Field Day! I sent home a note today. We will start at 8:00AM and finish around 11:20ish. There are 18 stations that students will rotate through with a break from 9:30 - 9:50. Please make sure your child wears comfortable clothing with their green 2nd grade Field Day shirt! If a shirt was not purchased for Field Day, please wear just a plain green t-shirt. Apply sunscreen before your child comes to school. Wear sneakers and feel free to wear a hat or baseball cap. Our cookout is scheduled for 12:10. We will be eating outdoors so please bring a blanket or beach towel for your child to sit on while eating lunch. Today I sent home a study guide for students to practice how good and services are allocated. Students must be able to tell me at least 4 verbally with examples, along with matching all 8. I will be assessing them on Thursday or Friday.
I am still awaiting a couple of end of the year envelopes. The registration forms were in them for next year. Please send those in with 3 stamps affixed so that I can mail your child's report card and other end of the year papers. Please send those in before the end of the year.
