Frey T-Shirt

Dear Parents,

 

Please look for the pink order form that is coming home with your child today, August 29th.  These shirts are to be worn on 9/9 as we remember the 10th anniversary of 9/11.  We will also wear these shirts when Lt. Cameron West comes to visit our school.  Last year, our school rallied together to send items to Lt. Cameron West and his Marine Platoon in Afghanistan.  He will be coming to thank our parents, students, and staff this fall for our support.  We will inform you of the date he will be coming.  The shirt forms and payment have to be returned by THIS Thursday, September 1.  There won't be another opportunity to get these shirts.  Please, make your order today and return to your teacher before Thursday, September 1.  Thank you Frey parents and we hope you have a wonderful day.

What a terrific first week of First Grade!

Thank you for helping make our first week so terrific. The children are adjusting well to First Grade.  I enjoyed seeing so many of you at our Open House.  Thank you for taking time to peek into our year in First Grade.  If you have any questions for concerns, please feel free to contact me at jennifer.perkins@cobbk12.org or place a note in your child's daily folder.  If you were unable to make it to Open House and would like to view the Powerpoint presentation, please let me know and I will be more than happy to send you an email with the attachment.

Per the front office: Please drop your children off in the car line each morning.  For the safety of the children, children may not be dropped off in the parking lot.  You are more than welcome to park and walk your child to the door.  Please remember that all parents must sign in and receive a badge to wear on our school grounds.  Thank you for your assistance with this matter.

The Boy Scout Flyer that went home contained incorrect information and should be thrown away.  We have no further information at this time.
