Welcome back!

It's time to get back into the swing of things.  I hope you all had a  great break.

This week's homework will be a bit different.  It will be NIGHTLY homework that is DUE THE NEXT DAY.  So please read your child's agenda and sign so that you are aware of what they are to do. 

Our Winter Celebration party will be on Thursday, December 22nd.  This is the last day before we get out for our 2 week break.  Details to come soon....

Thanksgiving Feast & Other Stuff

If you are planning on attending the Thanksgiving Feast next Wednesday, our lunch time is different than usual. It will be 10:38-11:08. It will be a traditional Thanksgiving meal served by our cafeteria. YUMMY!

Canned Goods...don't forget to send in some canned goods for our food drive. Our goal is 100 cans. We only have about 10 so far. A list was sent home for other ideas. Just make sure what you send in is non-perishable. :0)

Multiplication Facts....please make sure your children are studying their facts. They are going to be tested on their square numbers, 2's, and 5's on Wednesday, November 9th. A new letter will go home for a new set of facts that they will be tested for on Friday. We are making flash cards for each new set of numbers to help them. These tests aren't timed, but I am having them put how long it takes them to complete it for you to see. We are moving on to division next week so it is imperative that they have a good understanding of their facts in order to be successful next week.
