Report Cards will be sent home on Friday. Please sign the signature card inside the envelope. Please return the signature card along with the envelope. (PLEASE DO NOT SEAL THE ENVELOPE--I will be using them again for the third nine weeks.) The copy of the report card is yours to keep.
Parent Surveys will also be sent home with the report card. (Students who have older siblings will not receive a survey from me.) Please complete the survey and return it to school by February 10th. Please note the following when completing your survey:
*Parents please complete the survey using a number 2 pencil only. No pens!
*Parents should not write their names on the survey or on the envelope.
*Parents should return the surveys in the envelopes by February 10th.
*Parents should not seal the envelope.
*Parents should return the surveys in the envelopes to the teacher or the front office.
