Parent Survey Information

Parent surveys are coming home on Friday with report cards, please see the following instructions:

• Parents please complete the survey using a number 2 pencil only.  NO PENS!
• Parents should NOT write names on the survey or the envelope.
• Parents should return the survey in the unsealed envelope provided by February 10^th.
• Parents should NOT seal the envelope and return to the teacher or the front office.

Happy New Year everyone! Hope you all had a restful and memorable

Happy New Year everyone! I hope you all had a restful and memorable break.  It’s hard to believe that half of this school year is already over.

This week your child’s report card will go home.  Please read the yellow sticker on the back of the envelope carefully.  I only need the envelope (NOT SEALED) and the signature card back.  Also, as we prepare for the end of the year, the envelope will need two stamps attached to it and your mailing address as the return address.  At the end of the year, I will place an address label to send out 4^th quarter report cards.

Also… as cold/flu season marches on… we are low on many supplies that will help contain our germs in our school supply room.   We are in need of:

*Tissues

*Hand Sanitizer

*Pump Soap

*Clorox Wipes

I can’t wait to see the kids tomorrow all refreshed and relaxed!
