A study guide for "Energy" came home today.  The test is this Thursday, Nov. 3.

FYI- The Frey After School Program (ASP) now has an Online Payment Availability.

Online prepayment is now available for parents to pay their student's daily fees and registration fee!  Parents may access this availability and/or register at www.mealpayplus.com. Please contact Frey's After School Program if you have any questions.

 

In conjunction with Rachel's Challenge we will be participating in a program called Save It Forward. For each can or box of food a student brings in for this worthwhile program, they will get to add a link to our class chain for their act of kindness. We will collect through the 100th day of school (Jan. 27th).  Look for the letter coming home Wednesday, Nov. 2,  for more details!

Thanks for a great conference week!

Tomorrow is picture retake day.  If you want your child's picture retaken please send in the photo package you are having remade.

A new homework packet will come home tomorrow.

Tomorrow is Barter Day, please make sure your child brings their items to trade.  Also make sure I have the signed Barter Day form for your child to participate.

Thanksgiving Feast Information- Please join us for our annual Frey Thanksgiving Feast. . . 

Our day is Tuesday, November 15 at 12:36-1:06 at tables 11/12.  Hope you can join us.  Please fill out the following form and return, if you can join us!

Please return the below RESERVATIONS and PREPAYMENT by Friday, November 11^th in an envelope marked “Feast” with your child’s name and teacher on the front. Your payment will go into your child’s account for your child and all guests to use when you come to lunch.

Fire Lane-Per Admin:  

The Cobb County Fire Marshalls have begun writing Fire Lane Parking violations in school parking lots this week.  A number of people have already received citations.  They were at Frey this week and will be back to continue checking the fire lane as well as the Handicapped parking spots.  The Fire Marshall will continue writing these citations throughout the county this school year.  Please remember that if you park in the fire lane (the curb that is painted red), you risk being ticketed.

Wear jeans and a RED shirt.

Tue: Be all you can be, stay drug free!

Wear army attire/camouflage clothes.

Wed: Sock it to drugs! Wear mismatched/crazy socks.

Thu: Put a cap on drugs! Wear a cap/hat to school.

Fri: Stay in the game, be drug free! Wear spirit wear or team jersey.

 

Monday, October 24, is the kickoff date for Cobb County's United Way
Campaign. Frey wants to get involved! We will donate proceeds from our
Chicken Biscuit Sale on Nov. 2 to United Way. Silly Slippers Day will be
held October 31. Wear your favorite slippers to school, if you donate
$1.00! Thanks for helping support our community!

 

Friday, Oct. 28 is Picture retake day -

Students must bring in their picture packet if re-taking pictures.

* Picture Retakes are for students unhappy with their picture.

 * A student who was absent on picture day may have their picture taken for the year book.

* A student who was absent on picture day may also order pictures at this time.
* A student who recently enrolled may have their picture taken and/or order at this time.

Hope you can join us for lunch this year for the Thanksgiving Feast.
