A sheet for you to record the approximate time of the sunrise and sunset, once a week, for the next 9 weeks came home today. Please return it Oct. 31. We are studying how the length of our days change as our season changes.

Please look for the pink order form that is coming home with your child today, August 29th. These shirts are to be worn on 9/9 as we remember the 10th anniversary of 9/11. We will also wear these shirts when Lt. Cameron West comes to visit our school. Last year, our school rallied together to send items to Lt. Cameron West and his Marine Platoon in Afghanistan. He will be coming to thank our parents, students, and staff this fall for our support. We will inform you of the date he will be coming. The shirt forms and payment have to be returned by THIS Thursday, September 1. There won't be another opportunity to get these shirts.
