Dear 5th grade parents:
Pre-ordered yearbooks will be distributed to students on Monday, May 23. PTSA has 17 extra yearbooks from the production run and will sell on a first-come, first-served basis, starting with 5th grade.
1. First send email to freyyearbook@yahoo.com with your student name & teacher.
2. Send *CASH ONLY* in an envelope labeled with "Student Name & Teacher, Extra yearbook".
Envelopes can come in with students Thursday morning, or you can drop payment to front office by 2pm, Thursday, May 19.
3. 5th grade due date is 2pm, Thursday, May 19. (then the offer is extended to 4th grade, and so on).
The ptsa kiosk and front office will be checked for "extra yearbook" envelopes by 2pm Thursday, then checked on the freyyearbook email list for the timestamp. Checks will not be accepted. Your cash will be returned if a yearbook was not available.
