I hope everyone has had a wonderful Fall Break and cannot wait to get back to business!

We will be finishing up our identifying and understanding prime, composite, factors, multiples, and divisibility rules. Students will be creating a lesson for their peers, exploring games on the Smartboard, and creating a graphic organizer to help with understanding.
Language Arts:
We will complete a final narrative and understand how to use the Writing Rubric to write. We will also explore figurative language (alliteration, similes, metaphors, and personification). For grammar we will work on combining and expanding sentences.
Social Studies:
We will answer the question, What were the effects of Reconstruction?, integrating economy lesson.
Science:
What effects the surface of the earth? Well, by participating in labs, reading, and simulation, we will find out! Once a month, we will be working with 4-H and the University of Georgia to research our Science curriculum.
