ASP Registration and Account Information for Parents
Hours:
1. ASP begins at school dismissal and ends at

Registration:
1. All students planning to use ASP must fill out the Registration Form and return it with the $10 annual registration fee. Do not turn in a form without the registration fee.
2. Be sure to complete and sign both pages of the Registration Form and list your email contact information.
3. All students must be registered before attending ASP.
Attendance Fee/Payments:
1. $7 per day for each child. ($35 per week)
2. All ASP payments should be sent in the brown ASP envelope with student’s name clearly written along with teacher, grade, and amount enclosed.
3. ASP is a prepaid program. The $7 daily fee must be paid before your child stays.
4. Students need to put their ASP payments in the safe or one of the black boxes in the morning before class.
Missed Payments:
1. You will be notified by email and/or written communication when you have missed a payment.
2. After 3 days of nonpayment (-$21), your child will not be permitted to stay in ASP.
