Our 100th Day of Kindergarten!!!
Believe it or not…100th day is near! This Friday, January 27th, will be our 100th day of kindergarten. For this special day, I have planned a variety of 100 themed ideas. What a perfect theme for more math fun…building groups of tens and then using those tens to add to 100!
We would like for your child to bring in a bag of 100 items. For example they could bring 100 pennies, 100 cotton balls, 100 toothpicks, 100 buttons etc. ….. We will keep these items at school for a while; please don’t send items that need to be returned that day.
Also, due to all our activities, we will be going to the Media Center Thursday of this week instead of Friday.

In honor of Mr. Joe’s retirement, we have declared Friday January 27, MR. JOE DAY. Mr. Joe has been such a big part of the Frey Family and he will truly be missed. We want to “surprise” him by showing up wearing Georgia Tech attire or team colors of navy and gold. Our staff is doing something special for him.
Mr. Lamar is also retiring from our custodial staff at the end of January. Our staff will also have a special reception in honor of his 16 years here at Frey.
We thank both of them for their many years of service and dedication to Frey!
