Tuesday - Be all you can be, stay drug free (wear army attire/camouflage clothes)
Wednesday -Sock it to drugs - (wear mismatched socks)
Thursday - Put a cap on drugs (wear a cap/hat to school)
Friday - Stay in the game, be drug free (wear a team jersey)

Modeled writing lesson: Creating simple sentences / simple stories using our sight words and developmental spelling.
Big Book Reading: Mrs. Wishy Washy’s Tub
Big Book Lesson: Understanding story elements (characters, setting, problem/resolution), locating a letter, word, & sentence, retelling a story in sequence, and fiction vs nonfiction stories.
Rhyming Words: -at, -an, -in
Digraphs and Blends: -sh, -ch, -th and -ing
Independent Activities: The children are creating individual apple themed books that consist of apple themed vocabulary words, apple sentences and apple poems.
Reading Groups: Our reading groups are using leveled readers to teach decoding skills and comprehension understanding.

Shapes: 2D and 3D shapes. Learning characteristics about each shape, and how to combine shapes to make new shapes
